In 2026, EXMAR hit a major milestone as it delivered world's first gas tanker that was powered by the alternative fuel ammonia. Its importance reached far beyond the legacy of the company. It was a world's first for the industry and could reduce the environmental impact of the maritime industry significantly.

EXMAR has a longstanding history in ammonia shipping. Following the build of the vessel in the shipyard and anticipating the delivery of the ship, the team at EXMAR had expanded its expertise to ammonia trainings for the crew. Having followed this team so closely, hearing how intrinsicately passionate they were about their field, I created promotional material for this historic event.
